Let’s image: you are in Milan for your erasmus or exchange program, you just want to have fun and meet as much people as possible, even better if they are students, which club do you chose? Which are the “must be clubs” in Milan for an Erasmus student?
A question mark has just appeared in your eyes, I can see it even through my laptop… no worries, I can help you! Here you can find all the clubs you have to visit at least once during your exchange in Milan… ready? Let’s dance.
It is located in the Palazzo dell'Arte of Milan at the entrance of Parco Sempione (ndr. In the same structure you can find the Triennale di Milano and if you are passionate in contemporary art you cannot miss a visit!) and it has a strong music and clubbing tradition. Since 1996 they organize the International Week: a weekly appointment for international students inspired each time by a different country, in order to create a virtual journey between the capitals of the world. Then, sign up on your agenda a big red circle on Wednesday. Prices range from 0 euro (for women – yes I know boys would comply about that, but come on you will find much more wonderful dancing girls) to 15 euro, and you will find possible special offers on their website each week.
In the heart of Brera, it can be considered one of the Milan nightlife reference point: as an exchange student you cannot definitely miss it!
They organize 5 different nights: you can check it out on their website and chose the one suits best to your tastes, but I definitely suggest the “Thursday Secret”. It is one of the most known university night in the city dedicated to international and cosmopolitan trends. Price for entry is around 15 euro but again you can find free entry promotion for women and discounted prices if you enter before 00.30.
The club is located in 1900s building (ndr. If you are wondering about: yes, it really was a bank), in most famous area of Milan near Duomo and Teatro alla Scala. The furniture is completely in baroque style: you will dance the coolest music while feeling to be moved in the France of 1600! The club has 2 floors and on Saturday they reserve both of them for the university and exchange night (ndr. They usually reserve the upper one for university and the other for exchange students)! So be ready to dress you up and have an elegant club night. But no worries, prices are still accessible: between 10 and 20 euro according to the bundle you choose.
This club does not have an exclusive night for international students but I cannot not include it in this list. Just Cavalli is born from the mix of the 3 main Italian excellence sector: Fashion, Food e Design, so you have to spend a night there for proudly saying that you have been an exchange student in Milan. So my best advice is to have a look at their website and find the most glamorous event: you might have also the change to meet some VIPs and celebrities dancing under your same roof! Prices are bit more expensive (around 25 euro), but a dream night is worth them!
